Consultation Fees
-
Initial Consultation Fee¥6,000
If you have any concerns related to your feet or ankles, our specialist doctor will carefully listen to your concerns, conduct a thorough interview and physical examination, and determine the appropriate tests or treatment plan. To ensure an accurate diagnosis, please be prepared to inform the doctor of your medical history and any medications you are currently taking.
-
Follow-up Consultation Fee¥3,000
This fee covers follow-up care such as monitoring your recovery after treatment, post-surgical wound care, and suture removal. If the treatment results are not as expected, the doctor may perform a reassessment to review and adjust the treatment plan.
Examinations
-
X-ray Examination
- One foot (3 images)
- ¥2,500
- Both feet (6 images)
- ¥5,000
- Additional image (per image)
- ¥1,000
Many cases of foot pain are caused by structural issues in the bones and joints. At our clinic, we take weight-bearing X-rays—images captured while you are standing—to accurately assess any misalignment or deformity. This method clearly reveals abnormalities in bone alignment and joint condition, which helps us make an early diagnosis and provide timely treatment and improvement.
-
Ultrasound Examination¥5,000
This test allows us to observe conditions that cannot be seen on an X-ray, such as the degree of inflammation, size of tumors, and the condition of nerves and blood flow. If the source of your pain is not in the bones but in soft tissues—such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, or nerves—ultrasound imaging helps us make a more accurate diagnosis.
Treatments & Procedures
-
Total Foot Care¥5,000 (20 min)
Includes: Toenail trimming, treatment of calluses and corns, and moisturizing care for the feet.
-
Toenail Correction¥10,000 (per toe)
A non-invasive, pain-free treatment for ingrown toenails. Our trained nurses carefully assess the condition of each patient’s feet and provide foot care tailored to individual needs. If a physician determines that medical evaluation or treatment is necessary during the session, the doctor’s assessment will take priority. Toenail correction is a pain-free procedure and does not involve surgery. However, if the treatment is discontinued, there is a high risk of recurrence. In such cases, the root cause may lie in the structure of the foot, and the physician may recommend the use of custom-made insoles to improve alignment and prevent further issues.
-
Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT)¥7,500 (per session)
This non-invasive treatment is effective for chronic pain conditions that have not improved for 6 months to over a year, such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, and lingering symptoms after ankle sprains.Unlike injections, this therapy does not involve breaking the skin and has minimal risk of side effects. Treatment is typically performed once every two weeks, for a total of 3 to 5 sessions. Rather than immediate pain relief, the goal is to stimulate the body’s natural healing process and gradually reduce inflammation over time.
-
Rehabilitation¥15,000 (1 hour)
We perform a detailed analysis of your walking pattern (gait) to find pain-causing movements or postural habits affecting your walking function. Based on the findings, we provide customized guidance on stretching and muscle strengthening to help you achieve optimal walking function and reduce discomfort.
-
Custom-Made Insoles¥70,000
(This includes both the foot molding and production costs.) Many foot problems are caused by structural collapse of the foot during weight-bearing activities. At our clinic, we create 100% custom-made insoles tailored precisely to each individual’s foot. These insoles provide three-dimensional support and correction from the sole, helping to reduce inflammation early and prevent recurrence. An evaluation by a specialist is required before production. Please allow approximately two weeks for completion.
-
Injection (including medication and procedure fee)¥3,000
Steroid injections may be administered to areas with significant inflammation to relieve symptoms. However, due to the potential for side effects, the doctor will carefully assess the necessity of the procedure. In some cases, injections of hyaluronic acid into the joint space can also help relieve your pain and improve joint function.
-
Cryotherapy using Liquid Nitrogen¥3,000 (per session)
This treatment involves applying liquid nitrogen to the affected area, causing damage that leads to tissue necrosis and natural shedding. It is especially effective for small lesions.Additionally, the procedure helps stimulate the local immune response, promoting the elimination of viruses such as those causing warts. The treatment cost is the same regardless of whether there is one lesion or multiple.
Surgery
-
Surgical Removal of Large Warts (Includes surgery fee, post-operative care, and medication) ¥25,000
This procedure is recommended for large warts that are difficult to treat with liquid nitrogen (cryotherapy). After administering local anesthesia, the infected tissue is completely removed and bleeding is carefully controlled. No stitches are required, so you will be instructed to apply ointment at home starting the next day. Depending on the size of the excised area, the wound typically heals within 1 to 2 months. You will not need crutches or special assistance and can walk home after the procedure.
-
Surgical Removal of Tumors (Includes surgery fee, post-operative care, and medication)¥30,000
This procedure involves removing tumors located on or under the skin of the foot. After applying local anesthesia, the tumor is surgically excised and the incision is closed with stitches. Since the wound is sutured, there is no need to apply ointment after the surgery. However, because walking can cause stress on foot wounds, we recommend minimizing physical activity and resting the affected foot as much as possible for about two weeks until the stitches are removed.
-
Surgery for an Ingrown Toenail (Includes surgery fee, post-operative care, and medication)¥35,000
This procedure involves removing a portion of the nail that is growing into the surrounding skin, typically due to a curved nail shape. Local (block) anesthesia is administered at the base of the toe to numb the area. To prevent the nail from growing back, a chemical called phenol is applied to the nail root. Since no stitches are required, you will need to begin cleaning the wound thoroughly with soap and water and applying topical medication starting the same day or the next day after surgery. The wound usually heals completely within 4 to 6 weeks. Until then, daily cleansing, treatment, and protection with a bandage are necessary. Crutches or other walking aids are not required—you will be able to walk home on your own after the procedure.

External Prescription Issuance¥1,000
Please note: Medication and dispensing fees at the pharmacy are not included.
In most cases, medications required after surgery are included in the treatment fee and will be provided directly by our staff.
