If you do not speak Japanese and will NOT be accompanied by an interpreter

Please use the e-mail inquiry form and describe your situation in as much detail as possible (current symptoms, past treatment, preferred dates, etc.). Our staff will review your message and contact you to arrange an appointment.

Sample message (feel free to copy & edit):

< Current problem >
I have sharp pain under my right big toe that started in March 2024. The pain worsens when walking longer than 10 minutes and during sports.

< Previous care >
I had bunion surgery on the same foot in 2018 (hospital in Chicago). No other foot surgeries or trauma. No medications at present.

< Insurance >
I do not have Japanese National Health Insurance.

< Schedule >
I will stay in Tokyo from 15 Aug – 25 Oct 2025 and would like an initial consultation and any necessary tests during this period, preferably on weekday mornings.

< Goal >
I would like to know whether revision surgery or conservative management is recommended and to receive a cost estimate.

< Attachments >
X-ray images from 2018 surgery and MRI taken in 2023.

Attach recent imaging or hospital letters if available. Plain-language notes are welcome; medical jargon is not required.
