Is this clinic covered by Japanese health insurance?
AYes. Our clinic is a designated medical institution under the Japanese national health insurance system. Most consultations, examinations, treatments, surgeries, and rehabilitation are covered by insurance. Please make sure to bring your health insurance card when visiting.

Can I use Workers’ Accident Compensation Insurance?
AWe are sorry, but our clinic is not registered as a Workers’ Accident Compensation Insurance medical facility. If you are injured while working, the consultation will be processed under your regular health insurance.

Do I need a referral letter?
AA referral letter is not required. However, if you are currently under the care of another medical facility, please be prepared to explain your treatment history.

How much does the first visit cost?
AIt depends on the type of consultation and examination, but generally, the first visit costs around ¥3,000–¥5,000 for patients with 30% insurance coverage.

Can I pay by credit card?
AYes, major credit cards are accepted (electronic money is not available). However, some payments may be cash only depending on the service. Please ask our staff for details.

Can I visit without an appointment?
AOur clinic is mainly by appointment. Walk-ins are possible, but those with appointments are prioritized. Depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate walk-ins. We recommend calling in advance whenever possible.

AUnfortunately, we do not have a dedicated parking lot. Please use nearby coin-operated parking or public transportation.
